Grape Varieties: A blend of traditional grape varieties from vines over 50 years old. Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, Tinta Barroca and Touriga Nacional.

Charles Metcalfe's Tasting Notes: "Rather austere, with dark fruit and some wild, old-vine character. Yes this seems to be made from good old-vine grapes. It has that identifiable aspect to the flavour. Tannins are good and firm, and fruit is rich and dense. This is dark, impressive wine, good now and fit for a few year's cellaring."
