Tasting Notes: A clear citrine colour sparkling wine, fine and light bead. It has a light fruity, flowery aroma where tropical fruits dominate. This wine ages well in the bottle for 2 to 5 years. Kept in bottle for one more year. Is a true Natural Brut Sparkling

Gastronomy: Excellent aperitif, goes extremely well with shellfish, fish, poultry, goat, suckling-pig and sweet pastries.
