Quinta Do Corujão Colheita
Grape Varieties: Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, Jaen and Tinta Amarela.
Vinification: Fermentation in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature. Long maceration and good extraction.
Tasting Notes: Red fruit, coconuts and vanilla. Medium bodied, good volume and smooth tannins. Elegant with persistent finish.
Gastronomy: Pairs well with cheese, roasted meat and codfish.
