Quinta Do Corujão Reserva
Grape Varieties: Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, Jaen and Trincadeira.
Vinification: Fermentation in traditional "lagares" with controlled temperature. Prolonged maceration and extraction. Aged for 8 months in French oak barrels.
Tasting Notes: Intense ruby colour. Fresh, floral. Soft and smooth tannins, powerful in the mouth, but elegant with a long finish.
Gastronomy: Goes well with roasted dishes, soft cheese and meat.
